Elik Jaeger is a technology executive and entrepreneur with over two decades
of experience building and scaling successful tech ventures. His career spans
leadership roles in startups and public companies, where he drove signiûcant
growth and innovation. Today, as founder and CEO of SuiteSpot, Elik is
transforming the rental real estate industry with software solutions that
empower teams to collaborate, increase productivity, and achieve their goals

Brandon Jenkins is the co-founder and COO of Fundrise, the largest direct-toconsumer alternative asset manager in the US. Since it9s founding in 2012,
Fundrise has grown to over 2 million active users and $3 billion in real estate
private equity, private credit, and growth-stage venture capital. In addition to
his role as COO, Brandon also serves on the company9s Board of Directors, as
well as the Investment Committee, overseeing more than $8 billion of real
estate assets - including 37,000 residential units and 5 million square feet of
industrial and commercial space located across the country. Prior to cofounding Fundrise, Brandon served as Head of Real Estate for WestMill Capital
Partners, a boutique real estate development ûrm in Washington, DC. He
holds a Bachelor9s degree in Public Policy and Economics from Duke
University.

Andrew Jenkins is the Chief Product Ofûcer at Markerr, where he leads the
product, engineering, and data science teams. Based in Charlotte, NC,
Andrew brings over two decades of experience in the Commercial Real Estate
(CRE) industry. Markerr, a leading provider of data-driven insights, serves
some of the largest multifamily and single-family rental owners in the U.S.,
helping them make informed decisions through advanced analytics and
technology. Before joining Markerr, Andrew served as the Vice President of
Product & Engineering for Investment Management at RealPage, Inc., a role he
assumed following the acquisition of Investor Management Services (IMS),
where he was the Chief Technology Ofûcer. His tenure at RealPage was
marked by transformative leadership, where he was instrumental in driving
product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution across multiple global hubs.
Andrew's journey in the CRE space began in 1999 when he transitioned from a
tech startup, later acquired by TIBCO, to focus on solving the complex
challenges faced by real estate decision-makers. His entrepreneurial spirit led
him to become the owner of Karnes, a company dedicated to advancing
commercial real estate software in the Southeast U.S., which was later
acquired by Xceligent. At Xceligent, Andrew played a critical role in product
development and corporate strategy, signiûcantly enhancing customer
solutions and contributing to the company9s rapid market expansion.
